This built-in Contact Us form is available at /contactus in all mition portals.

This web component allows you to place the same Contact Us form in a more accessible location and surround it with additional content, such as text boxes that list alternative contact options.

When submitted, the form sends an email to the configured contact email address.

Note: To update the Contact Us email address, please contact Support. For security purposes, this change can only be made by mition.
