Contact Us

This built-in 'contact us' form can be found at the url/contactus in all mition portals.

This web component allows you to place the identical component somewhere more accessible and surround it with other content such as a text box that lists other contact options.

When filled out, this will send an email to the email address listed at
Admin Settings > Settings > Contact Email Address (ContactEmailAddress)

Pro Tip: When a user is logged in, they don't have to add their name or email address it is added for them. They also do not have to pass any security checks such as re-captcha.
