subscription certificates are dynamically generated using specific tags. These tags act as placeholders that automatically populate with user-specific data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. This documentation provides a detailed explanation of each tag, its purpose, and best practice usage.

Subscription Name

Tag: [SubscriptionName]

  • Purpose: Displays the official name of the subscription the user has purchased.

Use this tag in the certificate header or introductory section to clearly identify the subscription type.

Subscription Term Price Name

Tag: [SubscriptionTermPriceName]

  • Purpose: Shows the pricing term associated with the subscription.

Place this tag near the subscription name to provide clarity on the billing cycle and cost.

User Subscription Start Date

Tag: [UserSubscriptionStartDate]

  • Purpose: Indicates the date the user’s subscription commenced.

Useful for tracking subscription history.

User Subscription End Date

Tag: [UserSubscriptionEndDate]

  • Purpose: Displays the date the subscription concludes or expires.

Include this tag prominently to ensure users are aware of their subscription validity period.

Example: valid to [UserSubscriptionEndDate]

Current Roles HTML

Tag: [CurrentRolesHTML]

  • Purpose: Generates a formatted list of all current roles assigned to the user, including relevant dates.

Place this tag in a dedicated section of the certificate to provide transparency about the user’s active roles and responsibilities.

Example:

Administrator (08/12/2025 to Current)
Trainer (01/12/2025 to 01/12/2125)

By leveraging tags such as [SubscriptionName], [UserSubscriptionStartDate], and [CurrentRolesHTML], the Mition ensures subscription certificates remain accurate, transparent, and user-friendly. This structured approach provides both administrators and users with confidence that subscription and role information is clearly communicated and professionally presented.
