How to Embed your Power BI Report

Power BI Publish to Web

This method is the easiest way to embed Power BI reports into your website.

Steps:

• In your Power BI report, select File > Publish to web.
• Copy the embed URL.
• Paste it into the Power BI component on your webpage.

There are other methods to utilise this feature, which the Mition Support team can assist you with.

If the data shown in your report is role sensitive, i.e only for staff, or only for members and not for public view, you can restrict this by placing it on a webpage with only the role access required. Refer to the instructions for setting webpage security here.
