New Features and Benefits

Canva Webpage Embed

Does your team love Canva?

Take your content presentation to the next level with our new Canva embed feature! Seamlessly integrate any Canva design into your Mition-powered site.

Event List in Emails

This is a great new feature, and one that we hope our users will find great benefit in. We now offer a dynamic event list component, built specifically for emails.

No more manually populating email templates with event details, select which events to show based on tags, and customise the number of events to show and the column size.

Multi-Currency Support

Add additional currencies and include GST automatically. Each General Ledger Code in Mition can now be set to a specific Country & Currency, by default it falls back to the System Default (which you can set or leave at AU/AUD). This flows through to Stripe & Xero integrations seamlessly.

Mition Courses

Make any of your Mition webpages into a course. This is great for internal learning and development, member training courses and more.

Connect the course to an activity to have it track user progress.

Improved Email template builder speed

We’ve made some big improvements under the hood of the email template builder to make things faster and smoother. You’ll notice quicker load times, build and send member communications without the wait.

Invoice Reminders

When manually sending overdue invoices from the Invoice screen, use |InvoiceDetails| and other Invoice tags usually reserved for automated emails. For event attendee lists, use |EventDetails| in templates from those screens. This new "in context" is able to be added to various screens where these tags are generally reserved for automated emails.

Personal Email Footers

Add personalised sign-offs to your bulk emails using the |PersonalFooter| tag – a simple but powerful way to make your messages feel more personal and member-focused. [PersonalFooter]

To set it up, just head to Admin Settings > Email > Email Footer Personal. The design uses HTML template for all users, so if you’d like a hand getting it just right, our Mition Support Team is here to help!

AI Assistant

Add an AI Assistant to your Mition portal. We have added an AI Assitant to our home page (https://www.mition.com/) it acts as a chat bot. This AI Assistant has access to search the website for relevant keywords and also submit a contact us form for users. There are many other details and pages you can allow your AI Assistant access to, to serve members and staff. See all functions.
