I work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of an organisations strategy, processes, information practices and assets.

With a focus to ensure that business and IT goals are in alignment, my primary goal is to understand the businesses mission, strategy and processes and to model ways to show how the current and future needs of an organisation will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner.

With a history of delivering hundreds of successful projects across varying domains such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, transport, government & education I have a broad spectrum of experience from boardroom concepts and long term business goals down to the key technical details required to deliver them.

• Optimising business information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities
• Protecting the long term strategy of company’s IT Systems
• Reduce duplication and to promote shared infrastructure across a company’s project portfolio
• Deliver scalable, adaptable and synchronized systems that can adapt to evolving business needs
• Manage IT risks through appropriate standards and policies
• Direct and sometimes indirect involvement to establish standards and policies
• Manage technical staff during project implementation
• Build employee knowledge and skills in specific areas
• Technical deliverables as required in the field of software development
